We are pleased to announce that the Board of the Melanoma World Society (MWS) was successfully re-elected last Friday during the World Congress of Melanoma in Athens.

At the same time, we would like to share that long-standing board member Professor Jean-Jacques Grob has stepped down from his position. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Professor Grob for his many years of dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the society and the melanoma community worldwide.

We are delighted to welcome Professor Dirk Schadendorf as the new Vice President Europe. Professor Schadendorf is a highly respected expert in the field of melanoma and oncology, and we are confident that his expertise and vision will be a tremendous asset to MWS as we continue our mission to advance melanoma research and care globally.

We look forward to an exciting chapter ahead and to continuing our work together to improve outcomes for patients worldwide.
