From March 3–4, 2017 the First MWS International Educational Symposium – Skin Cancer Update 2017 was held in Cape Town, South Africa. The meeting was the first of a series of educational meetings organized under the auspices of the Melanoma World Society and attracted almost 250 participants from eleven countries.
